EPYSL Summer Soccer Camps 2011

EPYSL is proud to offer two distinct soccer camps to fit each level of player and every family's budget.

The British Challenger Camp is a one week ,  1/2 day (morning) camp for players 4-16 held at Feeney Park.

The Bear Valley Soccer Camp  offers 2 seperate one week sessions for both day and over night campers 9-16. It is held in Bear Valley.

Bear Valley Soccer Camp

Session 1: July 5-9 2011

Session 2:  July 25-29, 2011

Coached by Penya FC Barcelona

Bear Valley Soccer Camp brings to the mountains the highest level of soccer coaching combined with other fun summer activities over a 5 day, 4 night camp for boys and girls ages 9-16.

The camp is designed to feel like a true summer camp. Our soccer is geared towards the player who has true passion for the game and who wants to excel at the game. What we teach will make every player invaluable to their team at home.
 

Session 1 is run by Santa Clara University asst. Head Coach and former professional player Curtis McAlister together with 4 veteran player-coaches. Curtis is head recruiter at Santa Clara University and is a veteran of the U.S. National Futsal team as goal keeper.

Camp starts with check-in at the Basecamp Lodge between 8-9 a.m., Tuesday July 5th.Camp ends after BBQ Pool Party at 2:00 on Saturday, July 9.

Session 2 is coached by a coaching staff trained in Spain and officially licensed by FC Barcelona. The Penya FC Barca staff will teach the same traning method that the fabeled Spanish side uses to beat everyone...

 Camp starts with check-in at the Basecamp Lodge between 8-9 a.m., Monday July 25th.Camp ends after BBQ Pool Party at 2:00 on Friday, July 29.

  • Camper is staying at home or a local cabin or is camping at a local campground.
  • Lunch by Headwaters Cafe and BV General Store Deli
  • Includes 18 hours of professional soccer coaching by Santa Clara University coaches.
  • Final day BBQ at Bear Valley Lodge pool, Camp t-shirt.
  • Kayaking with Bear Valley Adventure Co., Rock climbing with Mountain Adventure Seminars
  • Day campers should feel welcome joining all evening activities, such as movie night and bonfire at the beach.
